Emily Summer
I'm Emily and I am the owner of Emily Summer Studios - an event planning company based in Missoula, Montana. I am also the owner of Velvet Bride, a bridal boutique in downtown Missoula! I am a busy bee by nature, and constantly looking for new ways to grow and love learning new things. I am happiest when my plate is full....metaphorically and literally, because I mean, a girl's gotta eat right?

Working in a creative field has been something I knew I was destined for from the time I was a little girl and I have always loved coordinating events and activities. I have been working in the wedding industry for almost a decade and it has been a complete dream. Taking something that begins as simply a vision or dream and making it a reality for my clients is something that brings me the greatest satisfaction. I work tirelessly to meet the needs of clients and create the perfect, customized event.

"We hired Emily as our day of coordinator and she was the best money we spent on anything related to the wedding. She was lovely to work with and made it so we actually got enjoy the wedding instead of running around and trying to handle all the last minute things that always come up. She handled all the vendors, helped set up flowers, taped down table cloths because of unexpected wind and kept everything on schedule. She also cleaned up the entire dining room after dinner so the next day when we came back to break everything down, we had very little to do, which was such a relief. Hire her, you will not regret it!"
